Super Strict Meal Plan £179.99

The super strict approach we take is for clients who’s sole focus is RESULTS. 

This type of plan is ideal if you want the fastest results possible and are prepared to go all-in for a short period of time (8-12 weeks).

A strict diet plan will see you get rapid results in a matter of weeks, and if you want head-turning results over a short space of time, then this would be the best route to take. 

We’ve found that the strict approach works best for:

Beach Body Transformations – maybe you’re going on holiday in 2-3 months and want to lose as much weight as possible? Or perhaps you want a six-pack to show off on the beach, gaining respect from your friends and potential mates? We’ve also worked with clients wanting to look dapper for their big wedding day so that they can wear a custom fit suit.  

Rapid Muscle Building Transformations – Ideal if you’re a bodybuilder or are wanting to pack on some serious muscle mass over a couple of months. Maybe you’re starting university in 3 months’ time and feel embarrassed about being skinny and would like to put on some healthy weight? Or perhaps you want to get much bigger and stronger so that you feel more confident in the gym? 

WARNING: Super Strict meal plans are ideal for rapid results, however, they require discipline and are not for the faint-hearted. 

Whenever we design a strict meal plan, the question we ask ourselves is:

“What’s going to get you the best results in the shortest amount of time possible?”

That’s our sole focus, and to some people, it may seem extreme, and that’s why a strict meal plan isn’t for everybody. 

With a strict custom meal plan, it’s got to be a top priority, and you’ve basically got to live like a disciplined athlete for a set period of time – that’s if you want to maximise your results. 

If you seriously want an amazing body transformation and are prepared to live like an SAS soldier/Olympic Athlete for the next few months, then this is your best option! 

Flexible Meal Plan £179.99

A flexible diet plan is a more popular choice amongst our clients as it allows for the occasional treats (eating out, alcohol, chocolate, etc.). 

You still get results, however, the lifestyle changes are far last drastic, and it’s a more sustainable way of living. 

With your flexible meal plan, we will send you a bunch of foods to choose from and ask you about your food preferences, i.e., what you like so that you can choose some of your favourite foods! We will then go away and create a meal plan full of foods that you enjoy!

For example, maybe you like pizza on the weekend? We would therefore account for this once per week and give you a calorie allowance so that you can fit these foods into your plan and still get results. 

Let’s say your goal is weight loss, BUT you like donuts…we may include a donut in your plan, however, instead of the donut that’s 250 calories, we would look to replace the high-calorie donut for a slightly lower calorie one (i.e., 200 calorie donut). We will also take into account the facilities that you have available to you, whether you workout in a gym or would prefer to workout in the comfort of your home. We can create a bespoke workout regime that compliments your diet plan, and gets you even faster results!

Weekly Support £19.99 per week

Lots of people purchase a meal plan and then go alone and follow their plans – this is fantastic! That said, lots of our customers also want ongoing support throughout their journey.

With Weekly Support, you will be allocated a trainer who will answer any questions you may have along the way. Your coach will keep you accountable and mentor you throughout the process.

Lots of our customers will do 6-12 weeks with extra support, to enable them to build up the discipline, and habits, so that they can eventually follow their plan without the need for constant support. Our goal is to make you independent so that you can keep your results long after we’ve finished working together!

That said if you don’t want to purchase a custom meal plan, but would like a bunch of healthy, nutritious, and delicious recipes that keep you fuller for longer and take care of your body…then why not pick up our recipe books and give yourself plenty of options to choose from?

For just £14.99, you will receive 180 recipes that include all meals: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, desserts, and smoothies. These recipe guides have been hugely popular with LEP Fitness members and give you the flexibility and freedom to choose meals that you enjoy and that are conducive towards your goals.

There are quick and easy recipes if you want to make your life easier, and there are also more complex recipes if you love cooking! There’s something for everybody, and they’ve been a real hit with our client base.

How Do I Get My Custom Meal Plan? 

It’s very straight forward! 

Here’s a step by step breakdown of how it all works:

STEP 1 – To begin with, please get in touch and outline your goals – the more specific and the more detail you can give, the better! We will then get back to you and discuss via email (where we send you a detailed questionnaire to complete). If you prefer, we can also arrange a free Skype or a phone call (whatever your contact preference!) to discuss your plans in more detail and answer any questions you may have. 

STEP 2 – Providing you are happy to proceed, and once we’ve obtained all of the information that we need… we will then go away and design your custom meal plan! 

STEP 3 – Once we’ve designed your meal plan, we will send it to you via email with instructions and all of the information you need to succeed!


How long does it take to get my meal plan?

Typically it takes us 3-5 working days to complete your custom meal plan.

If you purchase the 28 Day Keto Challenge or 6 Recipe Books, then you will receive these within 24 hours of payment (usually much sooner!) 

What if I don't like the foods in the diet plan?

This won’t happen, because we send you a questionnaire before designing your meal plan. We won’t give you any food(s) that you don’t like, so don’t worry!  

How long will it take for me to see results?

That’s a great question, it all depends! It depends on whether you opt for a strict or flexible diet approach and how much you stick to your custom diet plan. If you follow the program to the letter, then your results will be rapid. If, however, you chop and change and are inconsistent, your results will vary.

Do I need to exercise as well as following a meal plan?

Exercise is always recommended and will speed up your results process. If you want to lose weight, then exercise is going to compliment your weight loss journey. 

If your goal is to build muscle, then you need to do some form of resistance training.  

Not everybody who purchases a meal plan does exercise, some of our customers just want to focus on the nutritional aspect, and others tend to do lower intensity forms of exercise such as walking each day and just general everyday activity. 

That said, for the most part (unless you are injured), exercise will enhance both your physical and mental well-being, so we do recommend doing it alongside your custom meal plan. 

What about food allergies and intolerances?

Before working on your custom meal plan, we will send you a questionnaire. This enables us to cover questions such as food allergies, intolerances, and preferences. We will then make sure to leave out foods that cause discomfort.

How do I pay for my diet plan?

You can either pay via Paypal or bank transfer. Once we’ve established your goal(s), and you’ve picked your package, we will then send you an invoice. How you prefer to pay is your choice.
