Our Methods Of Online Personal Training – Two Options…
There are two approaches we take when working with female online personal training clients:
#1 Strict Approach – This is for people wanting head-turning results in a short period (3 months). This requires lots of effort and commitment, but we will be fully transparent with you and make sure you know what’s install before committing.
To get quick results, you will need to follow a strict diet plan and exercise regime. If you are solely focused on optimal performance and rapid results, this is the most effective route.
#2 Flexible Approach – this is the more popular option of the two. This is where we make positive changes, BUT over time – it’s far less drastic.
For example, if you like a glass of wine (or two) at the weekend, we can allow for it, the same can be said for food (eating out, treats, takeouts, etc).
This approach takes longer (3-12 months) but is far more sustainable and fits neatly into your lifestyle, accounting for things such as family time, social occasions, etc.
For example, we’ll give you our world-famous Recipe Books (you’ll get 180 delicious recipes to choose from!). We will also send you our ‘Restaurant Guides’ – so you can still eat out and not feel guilty about it.

Online Personal Training Packages:
If you want to pick our brains and book in for a one-off Skype call when you need help, this service is perfect.
A one-off Skype call means you don’t necessarily need ongoing support, but you do want some advice.
Maybe you’ve hit a training plateau, or your weight isn’t going down? Perhaps your strength has come to a grinding halt, and it’s frustrating you? Are you struggling with a mindset/motivational issue?
If you said YES, then let’s jump on a call and we will help you. We will listen to what you’re struggling with and provide solutions. We will share our knowledge and expertise so that you bust out of your rut and get the most bang for your buck when it comes to training and nutrition.
If you have lots of questions that you want us to cover, we ask that you send them in advance before our Skype call – so we can prepare and provide you with the most value during the time we spend together.
This is where we work together as a team for 3-6 months.
After speaking with you and gaining clarity on your goals, we’ll advise you on what you need to do to achieve your desired outcome. For example, you may need:

- Meal Plan
- Recipe Books
- Skype Calls

Or maybe just a handful of the above. What you need will depend on your goals.
We will let you know how many times per week you need to train (typically 3-6x per week), what you need to do (weights, cardio, mobility, or a combo of all 3!). We will be fully transparent of what’s required and discuss what we’re going to do so that you feel 100% confident before investing.
The package and price will depend on what’s needed to help you achieve your goals. Typically online personal training packages range from £150-£300 per month. We will give you a quote during our initial consultation which can be done via Skype or telephone.
How Quickly Will I See Results?
It all depends on how much effort you put in and how consistent you are. If you follow your plan and give 100%, you’ll start to see results in a matter of weeks. If you continue to be consistent for 3-6 months, then you’ll achieve a very successful transformation.
Do I Need To Join A Gym?
Not necessarily, although we do recommend joining a gym. It all depends on your goals. If your goal is to get a leaner and firmer body, then weight training is key.
You can either buy weights and workout at home or train at the gym. The gym will give us more options to play with (lots of equipment!) – although you can still get results with dumbbells, a weights bench, and some resistance bands.
What’s Better Face To Face Personal Training or Online Personal Training?
There are lots of benefits to both. Face to face coaching is excellent, especially for beginners, and for those who are looking for that real-life interaction.
Online personal training is also excellent and is more cost-effective.
There are pros and cons to both. It all depends on what you are looking for and your budget.
