When you join LEP Fitness, you get to train in a luxurious private personal training studio, based in Sheffield.

Our facility is safe, friendly, and welcoming. Everything is personalised, and there are no cues for machines! You’ll get to use the best equipment that will help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Also, unlike commercial gyms, nobody is going to judge you! It’s just you and your trainer, working together as a team to achieve your goals.


There’s a tremendous amount of work and effort that goes into providing the LEP Experience. Every imaginable detail is well thought out and tested, providing you with the best level of service possible.

It’s not just your personal training sessions, recipe books, meal plan(s), and custom workout programs! We also pay attention to the smaller touches:

If you need a drink during a workout, we’ll fetch you an ice-cold bottle of water or some fresh juice to quench your thirst.

If you’re tired and need a caffeine boost, we’ll happily make you a coffee or cup of tea, to give you extra focus and a surge of energy!

Each session, you’ll receive a soft, fresh towel – for that extra little bit of comfort.

We’ll also ask you about your music preferences so that we can put on your favorite playlists, tracks, and artists. This will get those feel-good endorphins pumping around your body and boost your workout!
