Private Personal Training For Students in Sheffield
Once we’ve sat down and discussed your goals in great detail and gained clarity on exactly what you want, we’ll go away and create a plan of action that will help you achieve your goals quickly and effectively.
You’ll get your own private personal trainer who will teach you the best exercises (specific to your goals) and will put together a plan of action that is guaranteed to deliver results.
Your coach will plan out each personal training session, and create extra workouts for you to follow in your own time. These workouts can be completed at home or in the gym and will involve things such as running, weight training, mobility, cardio work, etc – basically whatever is required to help you accomplish your goals!
180 Delicious Recipes – Perfect For Student Living!
You will also receive recipe books with over 180 recipes to choose from! These recipes are delicious and cover everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts!
You will also get nutritional help and support to help you maximise performance and suit your student living, i.e., foods that are cost-effective and fit in with your study schedule and social life.
Full Support – 7 Days A Week
Your results genuinely matter to us, and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure that happens! We’re on hand seven days a week and happy to answer any questions you may have outside of sessions.
Unlike lots of other personal trainers and gyms in Sheffield, we don’t just do your personal training session and then leave you to do the rest!
Instead, we put everything together for you, your workout plan, meal plan, recipe books, and regularly stay in contact with you throughout the week. We will check in with you outside of your PT sessions to see how you are doing and if you need any extra help.
We will support you from the moment your journey starts right until the very end!
Private Personal Training Gym
When you join LEP Fitness, you’ll get to train in a state of the art personal training studio with the best equipment money can buy!
You’ll have access to a rowing machine, ski machine, fitness bike, dumbells (that go up to 45kg!), medicine balls, slam balls, TRX trainer, barbell, Olympic weights, ab roller, battle ropes, squat rack, pull up station, boxing pads, and much more!
We’ll teach you how to use all of the above and support you through every rep!
Combine our facility/equipment with our world-class private personal training, and results are inevitable!
Extra Student Perks
10% Discount – Students receive a 10% discount on all personal training packages.
Fresh Towel – each session, you’ll receive a soft towel for that extra bit of comfort.
Music – you can put on whatever music you like during your personal training session. We can create a custom playlist of your favourite tracks/artists or play music genres that you love: house, rap, electric, rock, pop, or whatever makes you feel good!
Drink – if you’re thirsty, we’ll grab you some ice-cold water or make you a refreshing glass of squash to quench your thirst. If you want a caffeine boost, we’ll happily make you a tea or coffee.
Student Personal Training All Day Every Day…
Whether you want to work out first thing in the morning before your lectures/classes start for the day, or if you wish to train during the day (for a mini-break from studies) or whether you’d like to exercise at the end of your day…
We have slots available Monday to Friday (6am-9pm) and sessions available on Saturday (6am-2pm).
On Sundays, we rest and recharge the batteries! Although we’re still on hand for any questions and support that you may need.
