10 things I wish I had done when I started training…
29/08/20161) Hired a coach
2) Read less took more action
3) Stuck to one plan instead of chopping and changing
4) Had more patience for results – they take time
5) Chucked the scales in the bin – “If you don’t like what you see in the mirror what difference does it make what the scales say?”
6) Beat myself up less. We all make mistakes, we all mess up on our diets, miss gym sessions, etc it’s okay! Just bounce back
7) Focused more on me and less on others
8) Saved aload of money by never buying ‘Men’s Health’ magazine – what a load of rubbish 😂😂😂
9) Ignored the judgement of others – what other people think of you is none of your business. Whether your muscular, overweight or skinny your going to be judged anyway!
10) Appreciated and enjoyed the process more. Its not just about the results, it’s about the journey – enjoy it.
