Resistance Band Exercise Routine…
Start with exercise 1 and work down to exercise 8. Once you’ve completed exercises 1-8 that means you’ve completed 1 full circuit.
- Bicep Curls x 20-25 reps
- Push ups x AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) – you can also perform push ups on knees
- Squat x 20-25 reps
- One arm tricep extension x 20-25 reps (each arm)
- Oblique twist x 20-25 reps (each side)
- Side raises x 20-25 reps
- Reverse Fly x 20-25 reps
- Upright row x 20-25 reps
- Beginners : complete 1 full circuit, resting 30s in between each set
- Intermediates : complete 2 full circuits, resting 30s between each set
- Advanced : complete 3 full circuits, resting 15s between each set
- Athlete Challenge : complete 3-5 full circuits with 0 rest between each set
