Training legs with the devil! A brutally ‘advanced’ leg workout…
23/05/2016Get the sick bucket ready and Emergency services on speed dial!
Are you up for a challenge?
Word of warning this workout is hideously brutal! I wouldn’t recommend trying this unless you’ve had a couple of years worth of proper weight training experience.
Also i’d recommend pre-booking a taxi to take you home from the gym, and get 999 (if your American 911!) punched into your phone to save you valuable time when calling an ambulance!
It’s brutal! here we go amigo’s!
