Nick’s sessions have really re-motivated me and, having previously been quite cardio focused, I’ve enjoyed the difference this type of training has made. Nick has a really great way of encouraging you and pushing you to succeed. His sessions aren’t intimidating and are scaled appropriately to your fitness.”
