I started training with Nick just over a month ago to help build my strength after injuries. I only used to train on the treadmill before and wasn’t really sure what else I could do to improve my fitness. In a short space of time I have built up my strength and can now manage my injuries a lot easier, whilst doing exercises I never thought I could do. I have learned so much and defiantly seeing the benefits. Thank you!
