Nick has been training me for the past 8 weeks, and for the 16 sessions together, he has already helped me tremendously in improving my general fitness. He is very motivated and helps you to be motivated throughout each and every single session. I may not have had my best day ever before I went into a training session but I always feel great after one! Nick not only pushes you to be better and stronger during each session, he also encourages you to be the best of yourself outside the sessions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer!
