Nick has many qualities that I would recommend to those looking for a personal trainer. He listens to what it is that I want to achieve from the sessions as well as my approach outside of the sessions. Nick brings a great attitude and energy to each session and is very good at gauging how hard to push (or not!). He is quick to adapt based on changing requirements rather than stick rigidly to a plan – both on the exercise and nutrition fronts. The results have been very good both in terms of the benefits seen in the sports I play as well as general wellbeing.
