Starting personal training with Nick was the best thing I’ve ever done. Having struggled with my weight for many years now, Nick not only helps you with your exercise and diet, he provides a holistic service, focusing on all aspects of your life e.g. your attitude towards food, combating negative thinking patterns. He is really friendly, enthusiastic and has made sessions varied and appropriate to my fitness levels. One of the great things is that I am able to message him in-between sessions, if I’m lacking in motivation or need any advice about food/exercise, which has been really helpful. Over the last few months I have lost over half a stone and felt significantly fitter, stronger and most importantly, happier!
