LEP Fitness has really helped me to target my weak spots and encourages me to keep working on them consistently. Each session feels totally tailored to my goals and level of fitness, yet I always come way feeling like I’ve challenged myself and Nick is able to judge my exactly level of ability and how far to challenge me. I have already noticed a big improvement in my core strength & fitness and will definitely be continuing with LEP!
