Working with Nick has been a great experience. I am coming towards the end of my 20 weeks and within this time I have seen and felt a massive improvement both physically and mentally.
The PT sessions have been intensive but also very rewarding. Nick has a nice way of encouraging you to push yourself but feel comfortable in doing so.
Nick is not only a great PT, he is also great at giving advice about every things which relates to your state of mind. One of my main issues is giving up to early which is why I took up the sessions but working with Nick has really helped build a sense of worth as well as good practice which I can carry forward into the future.
If you are new to the gym or need some support to what you are currently doing, then Nick is definitely a worth getting in contact with and start a programme.
