I have been training with Nick for almost three months and the results have already far exceeded my expectations. In the past I have joined a gym and gone for a few weeks and lost interest and motivation through boredom, lack of confidence and quality feedback. Nick offers an exercise and nutrition programme that is individual to you. In each session he gives you feedback on your technique so your hard work and effort is not wasted. For the first time I can really see a sustainable way of keeping fit and healthy and toned not just losing weight to put it on after a while. He motivates you to do the best you can and no session is the same. You know he practises what he preaches and works hard on your behalf. No matter what your fitness level when you start it doesn’t matter and you won’t be made to feel embarrassed or inadequate! It’s a fantastic service.
