It’s 8.30 on Monday morning and I’m feeling a bit sluggish and already stressed about the week of work ahead.

I go to my PT session, and in line with LEP’s holistic life enrichment ethos, Nick asks me, mid-squat, what will be the highlight of my week?

I’m too out of breath to answer but I think of the answer right away… my PT sessions!

45 minutes later and I walk out of the door feeling reinvigorated and ready to win the day.

It’s not just the weekly fitness boost that makes me recommend LEP Fitness though. It’s the longer-term transformation that Nick has led me through from the offset.

I have changed my approach to exercise, my attitude towards food and the ripple effect on all areas of my life as a healthier and happier person is quite incredible. THANKS NICK!
