“I’ve just finished my first 18 sessions with Nick and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. I feel much stronger and healthier than before plus I’ve lost 6kg. My abs and legs are so lean compared to when I started with LEP Fitness. Nick is an excellent personal trainer, the sessions are hard work and Nick always pushes me to make sure I work my hardest, but the sessions are also varied and fun so I’m always looking forward to the next one. The nutritional plans are very detailed which makes cooking and preparing food really easy. I’m really looking forward to my next block of sessions!”
