“I can’t say enough good things about training with LEP Fitness. From the first session Nick showed a genuine interest in finding out what I wanted to achieve and pushing me towards it. Every training session with Nick is varied, enjoyable and totally different from previous sessions. As well as pushing me in our weekly sessions, Nick was able to design a complete work out plan for my individual sessions in the gym. Using Nick’s plan as well as the weekly sessions at LEP Fitness achieved more than I had ever done through my own devices or gym trainers or classes over the years. Nick also provided nutritional advice including an individual nutritional plan to boost the potential results. All of this was done in Nick’s down to earth manner without being condescending.
