I started training with LEP a couple of months ago. I absolutely love coming to the sessions. I have lost weight and improved my fitness so much. It has given me back my motivation to run on a regular basis and look after my health more. The sessions go so quickly and I literally bounce out of the gym. I have nothing but praise for LEP Fitness, they are professional but friendly too and joining LEP has undoubtedly had a big impact on my lifestyle. Thank you guys!
