I started training with LEP fitness around 7 weeks ago with the aim of getting back into shape and lose some weight. I’ve lost 7kg so far and feel great.

The impact training has already had on me has exceeded my expectations; my fitness has improved massively, I’ve started to get into my clothes again, I’ve rediscovered my love of running outside of our training sessions, my mental well-being is much improved and I am learning every day about diet and nutrition. I’ve got so much out of the first 7 weeks of training.

The support and motivation that LEP Fitness has given me during and outside the training sessions is also second to none and keeping me honest and determined

I’m looking forward to continuing training with LEP fitness as so far it has made a huge difference to my life
