“I was extremely terrified before coming to see Nick and start personal training. I have always been conscious of my body and never seemed to be able to change it. I had done crash diets and extreme exercise programs which had worked for me for a short period, but I would always return back to my weight. Nick has taught me about long term thinking and leading a healthy lifestyle. Not just to get results but to feel good, enjoy food, and create energy, by taking small steps each day rather than being overwhelmed with the end goal and putting too much pressure on myself. Nick is a great teacher and I am very grateful for all the help you have given me.”
