I first met Nick in April 2014, and he has continued to inspire me ever since. I now consider him a close friend, and one of the most genuine, down to earth people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Be warned, the ‘LEP Training Plans’ are brutal, and are not for the faint of heart. But if you want maximum results, you need to give maximum effort, and Nick will provide the map for you to achieve it. Together we’ve set realistic goals, backed with education on everything from working out in the gym, to working out what to put on my plate.
