I had enough of being out of shape and knew I wanted to change so I decided to make a move in a new direction and get fit. I’ve been a member for 9 months now and have really enjoyed the gym workouts and what’s good is that the results are maintainable. I don’t have to spend hrs in the gym and Nick tailors the training to my goals/needs and offers great advice and encouragement in all topics from health & fitness to mindset stuff and motivation. If your not sure whether to join my advice would be to just do it,  you won’t regret it it will ‘enhance’ your life.
