I have just entered my third month of training with Nick- I signed up to train with him as I am a mother of a 4 year old and felt a little ‘me time’ to concentrate on my health and fitness was much needed! I am training twice a week with Nick and apart from the way I am noticing a drastic change in my body shape and increase in my general fitness levels I am also aware of a big change in my mindset towards my health and exercise and with Nick’s help am well on the way to setting realistic reachable goals- with his help I am rethinking my attitude to food which at times has been unhealthy and I’ve had many years of yoyo dieting- I am now realising there are no “good” or “bad” foods but that eating is all about balance!
What always strikes me is the enthusiasm and professionalism with which Nick treats me- I get the impression that he really cares about each and every one of his clients!
Overall I really enjoy training with Nick at LEP fitness and plan to keep training with him for the foreseeable future!!
