11/06/2011During these sessions I have developed a knowledge of different ways to train effectively. I have had lots of fun and improved my physical fitness with a variety of exercises focusing on different parts of the body. I have really enjoyed the sessions and I feel that I have benefitted from them in many ways – especially my knowledge of workout routines and how to train effectively. The sessions balance well between pushing you to your physical limits whilst maintaining good technique.
