LEP Fitness = supportive settings, motivational, challenging and FUN!

I have been training with Nick for 6 months onto my 7th month soon. Nick has given me support throughout. The training plan and diet are first class, every detail is catered for and it helps you develop so much.

I have become so knowledgeable with health and fitness; what each nutrient does and how it can affect my body. Not only have I developed my knowledge through LEP, I’ve developed confidence and passion within my training, it’s a part of my life I can’t live without now!

Nick is a PT who takes it seriously, if your not doing well he will provide support and guidance. He gives out so much positive energy and I always leave feeling better about myself.
