12/04/2019I can’t recommend Nick enough. I wasn’t very confident when it came to exercise, I hadn’t properly trained and was out of shape. Nick listened to what I wanted to get out of the sessions and thanks to him I now believe I will achieve my goals. I’ve found Nick to be very motivational and inspiring. The sessions have helped me mentally as well as increasing my fitness levels. I think what makes Nick stand out is that he invests you and the sessions. He brings it 100% when you train. He’s an awesome guy.
