It took me a while to pluck up the courage to contact Nick but I did and I don’t regret it. It’s been a great decision and i’m really enjoying the experience. He gives you the necessary guidance with nutrition and i don’t feel like i’m on a diet compared to what I have done in the past. I train 3-4x per week, 1 with nick, 2 at home and 1 at the gym this fits perfectly into my life. What has impressed me is the level of customisation on the plans. Nick takes into consideration my work schedule and gives me guidelines as to how to stay on track with my fitness and health without doing any unsustainable activities. An excellent service and could not rate highly enough, thank you.
