All things in moderation…
One thing I really try to encourage LEP members to do is lead a ‘balanced’ lifestyle, devoid of restriction and misery like so many diets and routines out there.
Im referring to ‘balance’ as leading a fit and healthy life style that helps you get the best results, but most importantly gives you a ‘sustainable’ routine that fits into your life style not for 6-12 weeks but for the long term!
If I had to some up the LEP Fitness ethos it would be as follows…
“Going the Extra Mile”
By this I mean going far above and beyond what is expected of a personal training service. I want to help LEP members as much as possible by offering support not only in sessions but outside of session (e-mail, txt, phone, etc).
I always try to treat LEP Members with as much care as possible and i’m more than happy to spend extra time and money helping those wanting to be better versions of themselves physically and mentally.
I love going the extra mile and taking care of the people that mean so much to me. Without them I would not be able to do what I love doing every single day.
I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, it means a great deal and I can assure you that I’m grateful for every day I get to spend with you guys.
