Back in the day, i’m talking around 10 years ago, brands like Nike and Adidas were the most popular sportswear for guys. Although they are still obviously very popular, a new gym market place has been created, with millions of people now opting for alternative gym brands, for example the likes of BADR, Gym King and Gym Shark are all hugely popular.

These brands are stylish and designed to look aesthetically pleasing, basically…they enhance the look of your physique whilst also being comfortable to wear in and out of the gym. 

I would say that these stylish brands are mainly suited towards the guys that really take good care of themselves, those who regularly work out at the gym and who want to stand out from the crowd. 

The Coolest Brands To Buy From…

I’ve been working out for 16 years now, during that time i’ve also completed 10,000 1-1 personal training sessions! basically that means… I live in gym gear! I’m either training myself down at the gym in comfy hoodies and shorts, or i’m working in my personal training studio with clients, wearing stylish tracksuits and joggers. 

My average spend for gym clothing each year is around £1,000, and i’ve spent an absolute fortune on it over the last decade and a half! I’ve worn good quality brands, but also bad one’s too. I’ve got outfits which have lasted me for years, BUT i’ve also bought BAD clothes which lost their shape after 3 months and are now in the trash!

I’ve worn pretty much every brand you can think off: Nike, Adidas, Puma, Fila, Gym Shark, Gym King, BADR, to name but a few!

BADR Sports Gear…

For the last 5 years or so i’ve mainly worn Gym Shark and Gym King, these brands have taken off and are regularly endorsed by celebrities from the likes of TOWIE, Made in Chelsea, and other up and coming stars that are admired by millions of people. 

Just recently however i’ve purchased some clothing from BADR and it’s now one of my favourite brands to wear. I’d first seen the brand on Instagram – when I saw some pictures of popular celebritys like Ashley Cain and Callum Best wearing some BADR clothing. 

I was looking for some new gym clothing so picked up a t-shirt and pair of shorts from them. They arrived quickly, and both the look and quality are absolutely fantastic. 

BADR clothing definitely enhances the look of your body shape, it fits nicely and is very comfortable to wear. Although I originally bought it to wear in the gym, I’ll also be buying more clothing from them to wear at work, and when i’m out and about at the weekends. You can buy items on their website for a very reasonable price, and could probably create a very stylish sportswear wardrobe for the entire year from anywhere between £200-£400. 

I’ve also started following their brand on instagram and love their content on their blog.
