How to make deliciously scrumptious protein donuts…

- 30g oat flour
- 20g almond meal / flour
- 90g egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml milk
- 20g Muscle Mousse or flavoured Whey Protein. If using whey add 25g
- Cook at 180°c for roughly 10 minutes in a greased silicone donut tray
- The icing is just greek yoghurt and peanut flour mixed together
