How to Make Protein Truffles…
24/11/2016Ingredients & Instructions:
- 150g soaked cashew nuts
- roughly 15 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp melted cacao butter
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 20g pea protein (could use any type if necessary)
- roughly 20g of flaxseed to roll the balls in
- Blend everything till smooth, roll into 20g balls and roll in flaxseed. Leave to set in the fridge.
