New Ways to Achieve a Drastic Weight Loss

There are millions of people out in the world right now who are feeling depressed about their weight, are you one of them?

If your weight is getting you down, please don’t despair! There are lots of things that you can do, some better than others! This post aims to share the MOST EFFECTIVE ways to lose weight quickly and effectively.

Science Of Weight Loss

Before we dive into drastic weight-loss strategies, let’s look at how weight-loss happens…

For weight loss to occur, you need to ‘create a calorie deficit’ – it’s that simple. You need to consume fewer calories than your body needs — the bigger the deficit, the faster the weight loss. So if you create a calorie deficit of 500 calories each day, you’ll lose weight far more quickly compared to a 100 calorie deficit each day.

That said, the bigger the deficit, the harder and less sustainable the weight loss program. The best long term weight loss strategies tend to be ones where people create a small calorie deficit and do so for a more extended period (6-12 months) rather than a rapid 30-day weight loss program.

While slow and steady tends to win the race, we understand that for lots of you reading this post, enough is enough, you want results now, and drastic weight loss methods do have their place for people wanting super-fast results. Let’s dive into some rapid weight loss methods:

#1 Rapid Weight Loss Plans

There are hundreds of companies that offer fast weight loss strategies. For example, businesses that provide weight loss pills, slimming shakes, and workouts that you can do in less than 8 minutes.

Lots of people are talking about the Cinderalla Solution – a method that educates people and gives them a 21-day nutritional plan, workout regime, and other resources to help you lose weight. You can look at the cinderella solution review and make up your mind as to whether it could suit your needs and fit your budget. As with all of these strategies, make sure you do your research and make an educated decision. Choose a plan that suits your needs and look for valid testimonials.

#2 Keto Diet

Another thing you may have heard of is the Keto Diet? In a nutshell, the keto diet is where you eat foods that are rich in fat and protein and cut out carbs.

Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Lebron James have claimed to successfully use the keto diet to improve how their body looks, feels, and performs.

The idea is that by cutting out carbs, your body burns fat. That said, like all diets, it will only work if you create a calorie deficit. If you’re eating 3,000 calories of fat and protein, even if you consume very healthy foods, most people will still gain weight! Remember, it’s the calorie deficit that’s the essential part of any weight loss program.

That said, if you create a calorie deficit and cut out carbs at the same time, you will very quickly lose weight. Lots of people will offer their version of the keto diet. For example, there’s the famous 28 Day Keto Challenge, which lots of people follow, and who see speedy results. Other benefits of the keto diet include:

  • Improved Brain Power
  • More Muscle Tone
  • Clearer Skin
  • Fewer Cravings

#3 Intense Exercise (Training 6 Days Per Week)

When I say intense, I’m not just talking about HIIT training, which stands for High-Intensity Interval Training – what I’m talking about is a period of time where you exercise pretty much every day. For example, you could follow an intense 8-week program and hire a personal trainer.

For example, with some of my clients, they will train with me 3x per week and then go to the gym 3x per week. So they will train 6 out of 7 days and do this for eight weeks. That means they complete 48 sessions over eight weeks! I’ve seen people lose 24-30lbs when they’ve done this.

Alongside the exercise, they’ve also followed a meal plan which I’ve created for them. The meal plan is often high in protein, medium fat, and moderate carbs (eaten around workout times for energy). The results you can get even after four weeks can be awe-inspiring, BUT it’s very intense.

Other Weight Loss Methods

Like I said earlier, if you want drastic results you will have to take extreme measures, it’s as simple as that. While you may get rapid results, it will come at a cost. For example, you may have to sacrifice certain social occasions and restrict food groups, get up early to workout (instead of sleeping in!), and invest money on a weight loss product, etc.

It’s important to way up the pros and cons before embarking on a weight loss program, and also to be realistic with your expectations. Lots of people want rapid results, but would be better taking their time i.e., doing their weight loss over a 3-12 month period. If in doubt as to what to do, please seek advice from a qualified professional.
