Hi my name’s Sally. I’m a sports massage therapist in Sheffield. I work with women-only. It’s my job to help you move pain-free, improve your performance, and realign your posture so you can look and feel your best.

Whether you’re an avid runner, pounding the streets of Sheffield – doing Park Run or training for the Sheffield half marathon…

My ambition is to eradicate your pain and help you to move freely, improve performance/posture, and in a way that helps you sustain your results (so that you don’t have to rely on a sports massage every month). 

I can help you do this by massaging out tight muscle groups and teaching you how to strengthen weak muscles so that you don’t need to rely on frequent massages.

Lower back pain is often associated with weak hamstrings and glute muscles (the muscles at the back of the leg)? If you release tight thigh muscles and combine this with glute strengthening exercises… lower back pain often disappears in 2-4 weeks. 

Whenever there’s a pain, it’s usually to do with an imbalance between tightness and weakness in a particular muscle. If we loosen the tight areas and strengthen the weak areas, results are guaranteed.
