The Workout…
1) Squats (50 reps)
2) Alternating lunges (50 reps)
3) Squat get ups (50 reps)
4) Frog jumps (forwards and backwards) (50 reps)
Holy Cow this is gonnaaaa burn!

Beginners: 1 round
Intermediate : 2 rounds (rest 120s between each round)
Advanced : 3 rounds (rest 60s between each round)
Spartan : 4 rounds (rest 30s between each round)
