10 weeks ago we set a challenge to run 1 mile up a hill.
We started by alternating with 30s running and 30s walking and today we did a full 20 minute run (no rest!) and achieved our goal!
Round of applause for Danny 👏👏👏 what an achievement.
When you put your mind to it, commit and take action every day…. good sh💩t happens.
