I have devised a morning beverage that has revolutionized how energized I feel in the morning.

- It jump starts you lymphatic system and starts hydrating you
- Ginger & Lemon are great for aiding digestion
- Lemon & Ginger help regulate bowel movements & aid detoxification
- Lemon and Ginger are alkalizing and anti-inflammatory
- Himalayan salt can help support your adrenals
- Simply boil the kettle and allow to cool for a few minutes
- Squeeze the juice of a whole organic lemon (build up to a whole one)
- Add a big pinch of grated ginger
- And add 2 cracks of salt ( ¼ Tsp.).
- Leave to stew and if you don’t have a flask with a built in siv net to catch the bits, simply pour the drink through a mini siv and enjoy!
