The 4 Best Weight Loss Supplements In The World…
20/03/2019So you want to lose weight as quickly as possible?
The more weight you can shed the better?
You want an easy way to lose the pounds, without having to spend hours in the gym, or following extreme diets?
Here are The 4 Best Weight Loss Supplements In The World…
#1 Move More Pill (cost £0)
Yes, taking this pill means that you have to get off your lazy butt and ‘just move more’ – do more walking (walk to work, or go for evening walks, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc), do more housework, gardening, running around at the park with your kids, join a sports team. Increase your daily output and you’ll burn more energy, which will lead to weight loss.
#2 Lift Weights Pill (from £9.99 per month)
Join a gym, if you don’t have lots of disposable income join a budget gym chain, like Pure Gym or Xercise4Less (they cost around £9.99 per month).
Join and and start lifting weights. If you don’t know how to lift weights properly hire a personal trainer for a couple of sessions (approx £60-£100). If you can’t afford a personal trainer, save up for a couple of months? ditch a night out? ask for some PT sessions for your BD or Xmas?
If you still don’t want to hire a trainer, then have you got a friend who knows how to train? can you train with them? or if not you can go online and watch Youtube Videos to teach you how to do the exercises. If you’re a beginner i’d recommend sticking to machines for the first 4 weeks before going onto dumbbells and barbells.
#3 Put Down The Fork Pill (cost £0)
Instead of finishing everything on your plate and then go in for seconds! how about either ditching the second portion or leaving a little bit left on your plate (it’s not wasting food – it’s eating for fat loss!) and I know what most people would prefer.
Also, there’s no harm in eating cake, sweets and chocolate, but as we all know if you eat too many calories you’ll gain weight, so you do have to eat less of these foods.
Instead put the fork down, eat less, and pick quality nutritious foods which are packed full of protein (which will help keep you fuller for longer) and foods rich in complex carbs and healthy fats. Some great wholesome foods include: chicken, cod, steak, nuts, fruit, veg, chickpeas, quinoa, beans, eggs, salmon.
In the next month i’m going to be selling my Healthy Performance Recipe Book – so stay tuned because it’s an absolute bargain for what you get!
#4 Consistency Pill (cost £0)
Do the above tips ‘consistently’ – not for a day, or a week, but for the next 3 months and you will lose weight effectively. A good weight loss is anything from 0.5-2lbs per week.
Stop looking for quick fixes like a weight loss pills (they’re a load of rubbish! lol!), and instead focus on moving more throughout the day, exercising with weights 3-4x per week and eating less crap!
I know this sounds obvious right? and not something you haven’t heard before, but the truth is that weight loss has always been the same, it’s about creating a calorie deficit – which can be achieved through both diet and exercise.
Although you can buy weight loss pills you’d be far better spending your time, effort, and finances on the things that will give you a bigger return on your investment.
As you can see out of the 4 things i’ve mentioned only 1 of them really costs money (the gym) all of the others are choices you can make and habits you can ingrain, they just take time, effort and repetition.
