Try this killer 2,000 rep workout…

Couldn’t make it to the gym because of the snow! so did a 2000 rep workout at home!

Give this a blast to shed some timber…

100 reps of each exercise (Obviously you can take breaks in between if you can’t do 100 in one go!)…

  1. Push ups
  2. Bicep curls
  3. Incline Db press
  4. Incline back row
  5. Db side raise
  6. Crunches
  7. Squats
  8. Db Rdl (raised platform)
  9. Seated hammer curl
  10. Db skull crusher
  11. Sit ups
  12. Jump squats
  13. Reverse crunches
  14. Db rear raises
  15. alt lunges
  16. Db punches
  17. One arm row
  18. Step ups
  19. high knees
  20. mountain climbs
