01/03/2018Couldn’t make it to the gym because of the snow! so did a 2000 rep workout at home!
Give this a blast to shed some timber…
100 reps of each exercise (Obviously you can take breaks in between if you can’t do 100 in one go!)…
- Push ups
- Bicep curls
- Incline Db press
- Incline back row
- Db side raise
- Crunches
- Squats
- Db Rdl (raised platform)
- Seated hammer curl
- Db skull crusher
- Sit ups
- Jump squats
- Reverse crunches
- Db rear raises
- alt lunges
- Db punches
- One arm row
- Step ups
- high knees
- mountain climbs
